DESCRIPTION:ARE YOU A LEADER? A leader is a person that people follow because they want to. What is the difference between managing people and leading people? In this interactive discussion\, you will learn strategies to help you determine if you are a leader and how to develop leadership skills for your organization's success. Kari Dahl is an organizational and leadership development consultant\, a faculty member at UW Stout and the Endowed Chair of the People Process Culture Center. Kari is also a facilitator of the North American Leadership Academy held locally two times a year. Kari assists organizations in assessing their culture\, personalizing strategic plans and implementing ideas for high performance. Kari has involved audiences throughout the United States\, England and Europe in leadership development.  The cost of this session is only $15.00 members ~ $20 Non members (includes lunch)! The session will run from 11:30 a.m.   1:00 p.m. Class size is limited! To reserve your spot call the Chamber office at 715-235-9087.
