I will be preparing your special menu while Nicki presents a n informative seminar on selecting fine wines for all occasions. Each menu item will be complimented perfectly with a wonderful wine tasting. Trade River Winery\, founded in 2001\, is a family-owned venture located on beautiful Trade Lake in northwestern Wisconsin. Their Wandering Epicurean team has combined their passion for fine wine and traveling to new frontiers to discover wines produced by enthusiastic winemakers. This is the first introduction into the United States for many of these wines\, and they are proud to present them to you this evening. We welcome those that are new to the world of wines as well as those that are well versed. Many of these wines can be purchased locally.
