Henry is the owner of our local Shanghai Bistro and the new Asian fusion restaurant\, Giapponese in Woodbury\, MN.  Henry will discuss the history\, etiquette\, purchasing & handling of sushi grade fish while demonstrating his art.  We will also hear from an expert in Sake and a sample will be provided. As a group we will ?roll up our sleeves and roll up some sushi?.  We will be making a basic veggie roll\, fruit sushi\, a simple California roll to name a few.
