DESCRIPTION:American Lutheran Homes and Autumn Village Assisted Living will host the Age Strong! Live Long! 5K Fun Run/Walk.  The Run/Walk will be held at the facilities 915 E. Elm Avee. Menomonie.  Pre-registration and registration packet pick up begins at 8a.m. with the race beginning at 9a.m.\n\n\n\nAll ages are welcome to participate in the run/walk.  The pre-registration cost is $15 until April 15 and $20 until race day.  For children under 13\, the pre-registration cost is $10 until April 15th and $15 until race day.\n\n\n\nRegistration forms are available at www.americanlutheranhomes.com and checks\, made out to American Lutheran Homes\, can be mailed to ALH\, 915 E. Elm Ave.\, Menomonie\, WI 54751\n\n\n\nFor more than 60 years\, American Lutheran Homes (ALH) and Autumn Village Assisted Living has been providing west central Wisconsin communities with skilled nursing care\, short-term rebabilitation\, and assisted living in the warmth and reassurance of a Christian atmosphere.
