With the low unemployment rate\, employers feel a direct impact of the workforce shortages. We have thriving communities and an up and coming workforce. This is why we developed this event. \n\n \nThis event gives member businesses the opportunity to network with students. Businesses will have the opportunity to express to students what they are looking for in employees\, assist them in career pathways\, and answer any questions they may have. This event will allow employers to build connections with local high school students and enc students what they do\, benefits of the business\, growth within the company\, and express why employees should work for them.
