Culver’s of Menomonie a Regional Champion in the Culver’s Crew Challenge
Nationwide competition recognizes outstanding restaurant teams
Menomonie, WI - Culver’s of Menomonie is a regional champion in the nationwide Culver’s Crew Challenge contest where Culver’s restaurants compete in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, hospitality, community outreach and team member training and development. Culver’s of Menomonie is one of 43 restaurants out of 562 to advance.
"I’m so proud of our team for accomplishing our goal of becoming regional champions" says Gary Theelke, owner/operator of Culver’s of Menomonie. "Our leadership team does an outstanding job mentoring and leading by example to make sure that every guest that chooses Culver’s leaves happy. Phenomenal teamwork from our diverse crew has brought us this far in the Crew Challenge. We have been privileged that 6 employees have been with us for over 17 years and we will be utilizing all of their experience to bring home the grand prize.”
The evaluation of restaurants and team members comes from the Culver’s support team, utilizing elements of our guest feedback program as well as input from secret shoppers.
The competition includes prize money with $50,000 going to the first place restaurant. The next four highest scoring restaurants will receive $10,000 each, with the winnings shared between all of our team members. Later in the year the top five restaurants will move on as the National Finalists and compete for the National Championship. The winners will be announced in Chicago at Culver’s annual convention in February 2017.
