About Us

This Historic Building has been many things in its 100 plus years of existence. Knapp, Stout, & Company originally designed it as their general store for their employees during the lumber boom.

We Do Tours

Each Part of this massive building tells a different story. Stop by and step back in time with a delicious cup of coffee! Call ahead to schedule a tour. p. 715-664-8260

In April 2016 we the Johnson Family took over ownership of the building. We strive to create a warm family atmosphere, so that each time you enter our doors it feels like you are coming Home! So what are you waiting for?... COME ON HOME! We can't wait to see you.

Not only are we family owned but we are family operated. Our daughter Stephanie manages the Coffee House, Grandma is our Prep Cook and Baker, our other daughter Marissa is a Stylist in the connected building: The Company Hair Parlor p. 715-664-8265.

We are so lucky to be apart of such a strong community like Downsville and we feel it is very important to repay that kindness by keeping business local.
