Executive Director
 
The Arc of Dunn County, Inc., a non-profit serving people with developmental disabilities, is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader.  The Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the mission, core values and strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.
 
This position focuses on program development and administration, community networking, advocacy, fundraising and administrative management.
 
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in business, human services/resources, or related field, proven success in program administration, competence in non-profit financial management, a record of successful fundraising or grant writing, excellent communication, relationship building and computer skills. 
 
Candidate should have two years supervisory experience and at least four years experience in upper level management administration. Salary is commensurate with experience.  Application deadline: May 19th 2017.
